My own experience buying a new car When I arrived at Baierl Subaru. I had afear that I would be flooded with every salesman trying to sell me a car. This did not happen I was extremely surprised after a few questions and helping me pick the car and what I wanted in it. I noticed all the staff were taking care of people and I had Kari. I am a jovial person and was kidding around and having a sense of happiness to be there. I had a 2000 Buick LeSabre that I drove up to see A Forrester I had owned since I purchased it/ was really not sure if I wanted to buy or just look/ My wife and her sister both bought a new forrester within he last 5 months/ I loved my Buick and it was under a 100;000 miles. After Kari explained everything I knew what I wanted to do. I wanted the new Forrester but I wanted a touring. I ordered it but I would not pick it up till later in June and this wasMarch . I had no problem they ordered and when I heard it arrived I had not had the Buick picked up by the new owner which I met at Baierl while his cousin car was in for service. I told them I would pick up the car two weeks later and there was told it was no problem. It ended up being 3 days more . They were patient and helpful and were prepared when I finally arrived to get my car. It was beautiful and Kari showed me everthing and how to set all the buttons and controls. It was ovious she was knowable and a pro. I could never ask for a more patient caring sales person. Everyone was great . The financial office helped with the loan papers and even saved me money on my financing. My payments are $205 dollars a month. I met the service people and that was extremely clean and helpful as well. They now have three people as Subaru customers for life . Amy was our salesperson the first time, and because it was a good experience, we recommended her to our friends. (It took us a while to make a decision, but Amy hung in there with us and didn't pressure us.) When it came time to purchasing our latest Subaru, Amy was not available when we could make it in, so she kindly suggested we work with John M. John took very good care of us (even suggesting we take an extra day to make some final decisions before ordering) and most of all, we were very, very pleased with the offer Baierl made. Also, when we picked our Forester up, Neil made an adjustment to the original interest rate to match the one we had seen online. We have been very pleased with the professionalism and customer service we've received from the Baierl staff! Finally, the service department has continued to make us feel like a valued customer and taken excellent care of our vehicle. Most recently, they went out of their way to rectify a somewhat persistent brake noise problem we had with our 2013 Outback at no extra cost to us. It was a very agreeable conclusion to a problem that could have left me, the customer, between a rock and a hard place if they hadn't been so thoughtful. We were very appreciative of how they handled the noise problem with the car. We really enjoy Subaru cars and want them to work as expected for as long as possible. The Baierl dealership has certainly helped us keep moving in a positive direction with our purchase of three Subarus; two Outbacks and a Forester. More
