Dan Robison was extremely helpful and friendly. When I first met with him he asked me what I wanted in a car. The website falsely claims they will give a $1000 bonus on trade-in's above Kelly Blue Book Fair value of your vehicle -- which is blatantly false. I called, gave my VIN number -- was quoted 19,000 as the on trade-in's above Kelly Blue Book Fair value of your vehicle -- which is blatantly false. I called, gave my VIN number -- was quoted 19,000 as the value +1000 = $20,000. I entered the VIN myself into Kelly Blue Book and the average Fair condition trade in value was $22,324 + $1000 should have been $23,324. I called and spoke to the manager and was told that there is a $2000 reconditioning fee deducted from trade in offers and the website says this in the "fine print" (he used that wording!) I couldn't find it anywhere on the website. I had already been offered that exact same amount from a competitor. Hence there is no $1000 bonus. Bogus -- False Advertising. I just believe if you put it on your website you should honor what you say. More

My bf needed a new used car. The prices were reasonable and the dealer who helped us, Phil, was very straightforward about any questions or concerns we had. We had just moved to PA from Indiana state, so w and the dealer who helped us, Phil, was very straightforward about any questions or concerns we had. We had just moved to PA from Indiana state, so we had a hard time with out of state insurance and Phil helped my bf get the needed insurance. He was also exceeding patient when we had troubles with our banks and had to make several calls and wait on hold. I'll defiantly consider this dealership next time one of us needs a vehicle. More
