Amy was our salesperson the first time, and because it was a good experience, we recommended her to our friends. (It took us a while to make a decision, but Amy hung in there with us and didn't pressure us.) When it came time to purchasing our latest Subaru, Amy was not available when we could make it in, so she kindly suggested we work with John M. John took very good care of us (even suggesting we take an extra day to make some final decisions before ordering) and most of all, we were very, very pleased with the offer Baierl made. Also, when we picked our Forester up, Neil made an adjustment to the original interest rate to match the one we had seen online. We have been very pleased with the professionalism and customer service we've received from the Baierl staff! Finally, the service department has continued to make us feel like a valued customer and taken excellent care of our vehicle. Most recently, they went out of their way to rectify a somewhat persistent brake noise problem we had with our 2013 Outback at no extra cost to us. It was a very agreeable conclusion to a problem that could have left me, the customer, between a rock and a hard place if they hadn't been so thoughtful. We were very appreciative of how they handled the noise problem with the car. We really enjoy Subaru cars and want them to work as expected for as long as possible. The Baierl dealership has certainly helped us keep moving in a positive direction with our purchase of three Subarus; two Outbacks and a Forester. More

The End of My Search for a New Car I have been looking for a new vehicle since October. Actually, I was planning to buy a 1-2 year old vehicle. During that time, I had driven the Toyota Rav4, Honda C-RV, Volkswagen Tiguan, Jeep Renegade, and a Mazda CX5. I had watched all of the video reviews I could find that the internet could offer about these vehicles and was still undecided. I finally had decided that I would know what car I wanted to buy when I drove it. I was almost settled on a Toyota Rav4, which is a great car. I decided that the Subaru Forester had won enough awards that I should give it a fair shot, so I came to Baierl Subaru after a great review from my Pastor. It was there that Pat Shutrump showed me the Forester 2.5i Premium. Pat was knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to really believe in the quality of the Subaru brand. There was no negative sales techniques employed. Instead, Pat treated me as a friend and listened to everything I had to say. The test drive was great, all my questions were answered, and I experience no annoying phone calls at home in between visits. When I returned nearly two months later, ready to make my purchase, I found the entire staff helpful and accommodating. I worked primarily with JoeChris but Ron was equally accommodating when I returned unannounced on JoeChris's day off. I think that this is the beginning of a long love affair between my and my new Subaru! More
