I have no time to spare with a job and kids - I was really impressed with how well everyone responded to me so quickly. They were able to accommodate my schedule - even though that meant more than one person had to help me out. Lauren, Bob and John really made this a great car buying experience - quick and easy, everyone I met was extremely friendly. I'm really impressed with their customer service. I felt like maybe I walked in after a meeting for "put the customer first" - but that's how it is all the time there! More

Great first experience buying a Subaru Started my search roughly 2 weeks ago. Worked initially with Allyse over the internet to get some time scheduled. Came in for my first appointment last week, test drove 3 different cars. My salesperson was Jay, and he was very knowledgeable about all 3 vehicles. I ended up choosing the Impreza hatchback limited, which just stood out from the rest for me. He worked to get me the best deal he could on my trade in, and we worked on several different pricing options in leasing vs buying. We completed the transaction yesterday and i couldn't be more pleased...everything went very smooth, and they made sure i was in and out during my lunch break. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru - great group of people! More

Mike will never never press & or pressure you about any decisions. I always feel like I could have gotten a better deal but I walked away pleased with my trade and purchase price. As a general rule , I never give 5 stars cause I always believe service or quality can always improve but Baierl is the exception. More
