My salesperson, Amy Demor, was outstanding. She sold my wife her Impreza and when it was time to make a change in vehicles for me we made sure to call her. Amy made sure that we had everything that we needed to complete the process and she was able to answer my questions and her thorough approach made the entire process much easier to navigate. We felt the local dealership didn't have the best vehicle for us (either too basic or too many accessories), did not offer competitive prices and was too aggressive in their approach. Baierl was the opposite of the stress we experienced with our local dealership. From the beginning Patrick listened to what we were looking for, did not try to upsell us on features we didn't want and was honest about their vehicles. He communicated with us very clearly to let us know what we would need for an out of state purchase and made sure to complete as much paperwork as possible ahead of time so we only had to travel once. My husband bought a Subaru Legacy 4 years ago from Baierl Subaru, and has loved it. So when it was time for me to upgrade I decided on a Baierl Subaru too, and ended up with the Impreza. We were original looking for something used but the new rate was so good, we got a brand new Sport premium. Our Sales Consultant Kari was amazing, very friendly and up front - we feel like old friends already after spending the last two days with her. I highly recommend Baierl for any of their dealerships although we're a Subaru family now and I'm not sure we'll ever switch again :) More
