The day I picked up my new car it was covered in snow outside. They did clean the car hours later. I was there for 4 hours and I gave a weeks notice on the pickup. I was hoping to see my my car clean and inside the day of the pickup It was a big disapointment. Amy was a great sales person. Best New Car Purchase Experience Yet My husband and I went in to replace a vehicle lost in a collision, and came out leasing two new vehicles. Mike was so thorough, quick, responsive and My husband and I went in to replace a vehicle lost in a collision, and came out leasing two new vehicles. Mike was so thorough, quick, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He responded within hours of contact through email, phone and text. He sincerely made an effort to get to know us both before recommending a vehicle. Mike, Bob and Garrett were EXTREMELY patient as we drove three different cars (two drivers each), had numbers run over and over during the week between our initial visit and vehicle delivery. We were grateful that Mike dedicated his entire morning to making sure our delivery went smoothly, despite our last minute change in car decision. He took time to flag parts of the manuals for us to read, which I have never had a sales person take time to do so, gave us a very thorough car review including syncing our phones to bluetooth for us, and even went back out to correct a mark left behind after detailing. Garrett was extremely friendly and organized when it was time for the financial part of the transaction. I had a sales agent at Honda that I had built a relationship with and dreaded starting over with someone new. Ron P. put all my fears to rest. After 5 minutes spent with him I knew I had a new favorite "car guy. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgable. When it came time to deal with the financial end, Garrett was friendly and wasted little time getting all our papers signed and sending us on our way. There was a minor problem with paperwork and Ron brought it to my workplace to save me a trip to the dealership and while there, not only delivered my floor mats but he installed them in my car which was sitting in the lot there. Our first Subaru! Back in October, John Snyder explained the features of the Subaru and showed us a couple of options. At the time there were no Outbacks available. I wasn't in a rush so I told him I would come back to see him. Well, John came up with exactly the car we wanted. It is the Outback Limited and would couldn't be happier. My Best Service Experience Ever I took my 2003 Subaru for service work and evaluation of several potential problems shortly before I put it up for sale (I was in the process of buyin I took my 2003 Subaru for service work and evaluation of several potential problems shortly before I put it up for sale (I was in the process of buying a new Impreza there), I had never been to Baierl Subaru before that and generally had an unfavorable opinion about dealerships. Well, Baierl sure changed my opinion on that score. As you drive into the service department, you are welcomed by a friendly, helpful service rep who says hello before you get your seatbelt off. My appointment had been set up by Cory Snyder. John Robinson was the service rep who walked out from the glassed-in service desk area. He was outstanding: friendly, polite, well-spoken, knowledgeable, sincere. He knew why I had scheduled this visit, but went over it with me in detail to make sure they addressed all my concerns. I had come mainly to get the timing belt replaced before I sold the car. I was also ready to have the water pump replaced and to have work done on a drain hole in the frame that rusting had enlarged. Here was the perfect opportunity to run up the bill. But they didn't do that. John told me to save my money on the water pump. They very rarely go bad, he said, despite age or mileage. And he told me the rusted drain hole wasn't a structural issue or an inspection issue. (Another technician in an independent garage had told me the rust problem wouldn't pass the next inspection.) Needless to say, I was surprised and happy with John's evaluation. I spent about three and a half hours in their very up-to-date, clean, and comfortable lounge. I live in the South Hills and wanted to stay while the work was being done, so this was a great place to wait. WiFi, coffee, tea, TV, nearby restrooms. The price for the whole job: $391. They also updated the recalls, did some spot rustproofing, and did a visual inspection. All in all, a great experience dealing with John Robinson and Baierl Subaru's service department! I will be getting my service work done there in the future. More
