Definition of “clean car fax report”: “A clean CARFAX® report means the vehicle has a clean car title and that no major issues have been reported with the vehicle. No outstanding liens are present. There has been no salvage, rebuild, or recall from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.” My potential trade in had minor body work that was repaired to factory specification. The repair is perfect. Baierl has come up with their own definition of a “dirty” Car fax report. They will NOT give you Kelley Blue Book pricing. They will low ball the trade in estimate. More
