Due to my husband's unusual work schedule, we took a less traditional approach to the process. After test driving various cars, my husband contacted Allyse Hauser (Internet). She was able to quickly provide us with all the information we needed to make our decision. We then went to the dealership and met John Modaffari (Sales). John was fantastic to work with! He was quick and efficient in response to our time constraints, but still took the time to patiently answer ever single question we had. What really amazed me was how the fantastic customer service continued after the sale was already made. After we signed all the paperwork, John took us out to the vehicle and walked us through every feature until we both felt completely comfortable with the car. Thank you Allyse and John! More

My first car buying experience made simple, easy, and fun! I recently experienced a total engine failure on my old SUV, in which I was not ready to handle whatsoever. I needed to find a new vehicle, and fast, so I was forced to take the next step and go to a dealership. Due to my circumstances, I was not able to afford what I had hoped. It seemed so scary at first, but Ron Pushak makes the experience more personal, and I felt comfortable immediately knowing that Ron would do his very best to make my first dealership experience the best. Ron will jump to answer any questions or requests you may have. He was very knowledgable about his inventory and when he noticed the style of car that I was looking for, he knew exactly where to take me. As a first time buyer, I tried to tread lightly and take baby steps, and I felt as though Ron could see that, and conformed to my needs as a buyer. The first car Ron showed me was a used 2010 Subaru Outback Sport (Impreza). The car had literally just been brought in to be traded in that day! He knew exactly what I was looking for, because I fell in love with the car at first sight. Ron made me feel comfortable knowing that his dealership would not sell me a car that hadn't been gone through and officially certified by Subaru and its technical and mechanical crew. Thanks to Ron, I payed a very reasonable price, and he took it a step further and gave me peace of mind. Ive never felt more comfortable making any other large purchase in my life. I made an appointment to see Beverly after reading wonderful reviews that previous, satisfied customers had left here on this website. And boy, were they right! Beverly was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the dealership. I wanted to trade in my Toyota Corolla and having had a Subaru Forester many years ago, knew that I wanted one. Beverly was very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely warm and friendly and I walked out that afternoon, knowing that I would be purchasing the Forester I had seen in the showroom. My inlaws, who were visiting from Canada were very impressed with the time she spent with us on the day of the final sale, not just in the office, but in my car, making sure I knew the whats/ wheres and finer details of the car!
