Allyse Hauser followed up with a phone call within minutes of me sending an online information request. And any additional emails I sent to her after that were responded to almost immediately. My salesman Ron Pushak was enthusiastic (but not like a stereotypical car salesman), attentive to my needs, and very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Matt, the finance manager, was extremely professional, and actually had time to rap with me about other things besides the paperwork for my loan. Our salesman, Ron, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He quickly showed us several vehicles in the used inventory which may fit our needs... and then helped zero in on one that was right for us and our budget. On the test drive Ron encouraged us to get a good feel for the vehicle, and was very fair about showing it's features and any problems (the latch on the trunk was not functional). Ron promised us that he would do what he could to make sure that this got fixed for us is we decided on the vehicle... and without reminder or hassle we were pleasantly surprised to find this had in fact been taken care of for us when we picked up the vehicle. When Ron was busy with another customer, after we returned to see the vehicle again, Patrick immediately stepped in and helped us out so we would not have to wait. Patrick was also very pleasant to work with... and he had obviously been filled in by Ron on exactly where we stood. We did not find ourselves having to explain all over again which car we were looking at.. etc... Overall great, and easy experience... and I would certainly buy with Baierl again. More

After having had a horrible experience as a walk-in customer at nearby dealers where I lived, the treatment was smug and rude. I knew I needed to find a QUALITY dealership. I called around to many dealers and went online to research them. The best reviews were Baierl Subaru consistently. I made contact online and got an immediate response from Ethen Omer, and a price which was a great, not just on the Subaru I was purchasing but on my trade-in as well. He did not hassle me or send me blanket emails, he simply returned my calls and emails and did whatever I asked of him when I asked him. When I said yes to the deal they put my name on the car I sent them a deposit and I went to pick it up when it was ready. The deal was turned over to Mike Goessler who was just as kind and polite as Ethen. For the first time ever I had salesman who actually went over the entire car and told me what each thing did, he also showed and tabbed my owners manual for the really important areas of the book. I signed the paperwork after they answered MANY of my questions without any attitude. The manager asked for a photo with my new car for their wall and the deal was done. What a great experience! We'll be back! More
