He wanted us in the chair, not walking around, he was insulting, and rude.You can imagine what we did, that's right we walked out. But, next we got the opportunity to deal with Ron Pushak, at Baierl and every thing went smooth. He was pleasant, listened to us, it was a perfect experience, and I now have the perfect car. Go to Baierl, and ask for Ron Pushak, you'll see what I mean. More

"Exceptional Dealership" My wife and I started looking at the 2015 Subaru Outback’s as soon as they were available at our local dealers. None of the 5 dealerships within a 75 My wife and I started looking at the 2015 Subaru Outback’s as soon as they were available at our local dealers. None of the 5 dealerships within a 75 mile radius had exactly what we wanted and even when we decided to compromise on color and options, none would give us a reasonable deal. We decided to do an internet search to find exactly what we were looking for and Baierl Subaru had the perfect Outback “In Transit”. We requested a price quote and within 20 minutes one of Baierl’s internet specialists, Ethen Omer, not only replied to our inquires, but also gave us an internet price that enticed us to travel almost 200 miles to their dealership the day after our Outback was delivered. Ethen greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to our salesperson Joe Vitali. Joe was equally as courteous as Ethan and very knowledgeable of the features and options on the 2015 Outback. Joe made us both feel extremely comfortable throughout our discussions as did everyone that we met at Baierl. In most all of my past car buying experiences I had found it almost necessary to try to negotiate some type of concession from the dealer to make the transaction seem at least fair. Joe and the entire Baierl group made us such a fair offer that we found no need to negotiate anything. Three days later we drove back to Baierl and drove home in our Wilderness Green 2015 Subaru Outback Limited. We have certainly never traveled this far to purchase a vehicle, but the next time we’re looking for a new Subaru we will bypass all of the others and go straight to Baierl Subaru to see Joe. More
