I met Bob a few nights before when I dropped off a down payment. All three of these folks made me feel welcome and comfortable with this purchase. I encountered no hard sell or high pressure tactics; rather, David Urquhart acted as a guide through the process and made sure first that he understood what I needed and then worked to ensure that I understood specifications, options, costs, etc. He would not accept a deposit until he was sure that my requirements were being met. On the day that the vehicle was ready for delivery, David picked me up at my home, expedited all of the paperwork, and thoroughly reviewed vehicle operation and safety. He was intelligent and practical. He was pleasant without being effusive and readily earned my trust and confidence. In addition, the price I was offered through Baierl for my car was the best (lowest) of all of the area dealerships which I contacted during my search. David reviewed all options with me, but did not try to pressure me into overextending myself. I already have recommended Baierl Subaru to my neighbors and colleagues, who were astounded that I finally bought a new car after 18 years of tooling around in the same aging Jeep. More

2015 Subaru Forester; Great Internet Service; Minimum Effort I just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from Baierl - my first ever Subaru. I had visited several dealer websites and requested quotes on the specific I just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from Baierl - my first ever Subaru. I had visited several dealer websites and requested quotes on the specific Forester I wanted (2.5i with the Alloy Wheel Package). Amber responded almost immediately with a competitive quote for a vehicle that was due in at the end of the month. Her first offer was the best I received, although most of the dealers I contacted made offers for similar vehicles at roughly the same price. I had put time into studying the market to pick the vehicle/options I wanted, and with Amber's first offer I had a hassle free negotiation that none of the other dealers would beat. The Forester's are selling so fast that all of the dealers seemed to be making offers on cars that hadn't even been delivered to their lot yet - which was also true for Baierl. Since I liked the vehicle and the offer, Amber made an appointment for me with a salesman - John Snyder. In a visit lasting roughly 1-2 hours, John took me and my wife for a test drive in a 2014 Forester that was on the lot, and I ordered the Forester that was being delivered at the end of the month. John didn't even require me to make a down payment. Then the unexpected happen. On the day I came into pick up my new Forester, there was an accident moving it from the garage to the outside lot. John offered me several choices since my Forester was now unsellable. The option I picked was to get a similar Forester scheduled to arrive on the lot in the next month. John agreed to modify the second Forester so that it would have a matching set of options. So I came in a month later and picked up my new Forester. Other than the rare accident, the only other issue I had with the Baierl sales process is that I had to make an appointment to pick up my new vehicle - which I never had to do before (having priorly purchased three new GM cars). But given the high demand for Subaru Foresters, I understand why Baierl requires customers to reserve a pick-up slot - to avoid keeping customers from waiting for the final paperwork to be filled out if a group would happen to show up at the same time. All in all, I was very pleased with my purchasing experience at Baierl. More

After weeks of contacting dealers and doing online searches, we came in contact with Baierl Subaru. The Forester we bought at Baierl was red and the same price as a lower model we found at another dealer. Our salesman, David Urquhart, was professional, friendly, had a good sense of humor, and pressure free. Andres Ruano made the financial part of the deal extremely easy and quick.
