I'm pleased to say that, in the capable, confident hands of Beverly Nowakowski, the experience of buying a new Impreza was remarkably easy. I especially liked that she understood that much of my hesitation was based on having to learn how to drive a new car, and she spent quite a lot of time teaching me the ins and outs -- from where buttons were located, to what the buttons did.
