I went to the dealer to get a new rim because I bent one when i slid into a curb in the snow the previous week. I did not have an appoinment but they said they could get me in & out shortly. 3 hours later when i slid into a curb in the snow the previous week. I just felt that 3 hours to change a tire was extremely long and I do not think I will be going back to this dealer. They never made an effort to come and tell me what was taking so long? I new I wanted a Subaru and I was pretty sure I wanted an Outback so I went to Bariel Subaru. I was aware of a 2011 Outback with low mileage for a great price, better than anything else in the region, that they had in stock from some prior research. I asked Frank about it and he told me it was just traded in and hadn't been inspected or cleaned yet but I could drive an identical model to get a feel form the vehicle. After driving the car I was hooked. I had a sour experience the last time I bought a car and was admittedly skeptical about how good the deal appeared. I greatly appreciated Frank's no nonsense attitude and was straight up with me about everything. I got a pretty good trade in value for my vehicle, which was just about dead, as well the peace of mind of owning a certified preowned vehicle and I won't have to worry about parts or labor for approximately the first 4 years/78,000 miles. The business manager I dealt with was Andres Ruano and he was also very friendly and helpful. He explained everything very well and answered any questions I had throughout financing process. I was able to get a loan at a competitive rate and purchase the 2011 Outback about a week after first starting the process. The whole thing was a pleasant experience with no surprises or pressure, the listed price of the vehicle was extremely competitive and I would highly recommend stopping at Bariel Subaru for your next vehicle. My family and I have used Baierl in the past for new vehicles, but the Subaru staff was by far the easiest to work with. Not only were they beyond friendly, but they made every effort to keep a car on vehicles, but the Subaru staff was by far the easiest to work with. Not only were they beyond friendly, but they made every effort to keep a car on their lot for me that was originally destined for another dealership that same day. The shipment included a new Impreza that they told us (and proved with the paperwork) was to be delivered and immediately sold to another Subaru dealer. Having called to express my interest a few days in advance, the sales team withheld that sale to the other dealer in favor of customer satisfaction. Sure, that was probably one of their easier decisions on the day, but during the course of the sale, I had none of the usual feelings of frustration or anxiety that come with buying a vehicle. Alysse, our salesperson, and Andreas, our finance person, dealt with us in an unfamiliarly humane fashion! Of course, they both wanted to make the sale. However, it was clear to all of us present that goal number 1 (or at least 1B in addition to selling the car) was to ensure a positive experience. They took my counter offers straightaway. They gave me sound financial options and advice that benefit me over the dealership. And they put me in a great new car. "Driven to be better" is more than just a generic motto with these people! More
