I had a very quick and smooth buying process with John Fitzwater when I purchased my 2014 Impreza. I also felt that the deal arranged for my trade was very fair and made it possible for me to afford a bra Fitzwater when I purchased my 2014 Impreza. Although we bought a car here in the past, we did not call ahead. Beverly approached us, was helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. When she plugged our name in the system, she noted we were "assigned" to someone else. This bothered me, because she had done her job and taken us on a test drive in the vehicle we came to see. She was "obligated" to turn us over to the other salesman, but he was busy - and at that point, I liked her! She has a great personality, and I liked dealing with a woman for a change! (I think my husband did too.) She explained her recommendations, and wasn't authoritarian about it. She even offered to sync our phones (Beverly, my daughter and I did that along with the garage door opener, in BOTH cars, but thanks!) She is extremely competent in her job, and here I must say that the man who handled the financing had to re-do all the forms because they were dated incorrectly - no big deal but valuable time. And MY goal in buying a car is to spend as little time as possible in the dealership. By the time I enter, I have checked it out online, so I want a test drive, a survey of your inventory and BOTTOM line and that's it. Beverly understood that. The husband in this case was the one dillly-dallying over the color. Thanks for a great experience, Beverly. Good luck in reaching that top salesperson goal in 2014! I am rooting for you. More
I went to Baierl to order a new wrx. It just so happens that ordering one was out of the question, due to the upcoming 2015 wrx, but they had just received a used one with extremely, extremely low mileage that ordering one was out of the question, due to the upcoming 2015 wrx, but they had just received a used one with extremely, extremely low mileage that matched about 90% of what I was trying to order. There was minimal haggling. I didn't feel over pressured to purchase a car. The staff was nice, and didn't immediately write me off because of my appearance. (I went to Washington Ford prior to this to look at a used wrx, I waited for over an hour before anyone said hello, then the sales rep was rude and judged me based on my appearance, rather than my needs as a consumer). I was immediately greeted by John Modaffari. I talked with Bob Gavita a little bit later. After Bob let me know about the wrx that just came in, he sent me over to John for the finer details. Both John and Bob were respectful and they were honest, making it easy to talk about the car. After we worked out some possible numbers for the car, I took it for a test ride. After I tested it, John gave me the final price, told me about the interest rate they managed to get, and before I knew it. I was shaking his hand telling him I'll buy it. I recommend Baierl. They treated me right. As long as they keep that up, they'll have my business. More

Dealership was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon entering. John introduced himself and offered me coffee. He then introduced me to Patrick who would be the person that would work w immediately upon entering. John introduced himself and offered me coffee. He then introduced me to Patrick who would be the person that would work with me. Patrick was very knowledgeable about the cars. He asked me whether I was interested in a new or used car, and he explained leasing to me since I was unfamiliar with it. We test drove the car twice and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He explained all of the different functions of the car both before I drove it and upon completion of the sale to be sure that I understood everything. I was provided with workups of what my monthly payments would be based on various down payments. Garrett went over all of the financing documents and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that everyone who worked with me was low-keyed, informative, patient, and well-mannered. I never felt that I was being pushed into a decision. It was a very positive experience. I was very nervous before I got there for the first time, because I had never owned a brand new car, and the whole idea was intimidating. But from the moment I stepped inside the showroom I felt very comfort because I had never owned a brand new car, and the whole idea was intimidating. But from the moment I stepped inside the showroom I felt very comfortable with the process. The whole experience was incredibly wonderful. I made an appointment online, and when I showed up I was given immediate attention. Michael went through all of the features on the car before the test drive. He showed me why the car I was interested in was the best option around, and I am certain he meant every word. He pointed out features while I was driving and explained why they were beneficial. When I came in to finalize my purchase, the entire process was very well timed and smooth. He also took me around and introduced me to every member of the team, from the manager to the service team. While they were processing the paperwork, Michael helped me set up my Bluetooth and the positioning of the mirrors, so everything would be perfect before I left. When I drove off the lot with my new car, I was already positive that I made a great choice and that I would be happy returning to a trusted team for all my routine maintenance. Three days after my purchase, Michael even called to check in and make sure I knew how everything worked. I am very impressed with everything - the Forester, the dealership, and the personnel. More

The internet sales team, I don't remember the person's name, contacted me several times all because I wanted to know the "e-pricing". I understand they have to follow up with people and they really want the sale, however, I do not like aggressive sales people and I almost went to another dealer. Luckily we looked past the internet sales team and remembered the help we had received from John Modaffari when we had gone into the dealership and we returned. He saved the sale for the dealership! We didn't end up with the vehicle we went to look at, our choice, we ended up with a great deal on a used 2013 outback and are ecstatic. John Modaffari made the process easy and smooth and we left a satisfied customer! More
