I went to Baierl Subaru to investigate my options for a new car as the end of my lease on a 2010 Corolla was nearing. I didn't walk in expecting to purchase a car today, but Michael was so straightforward and made everything so simple for me that I was able to walk out the door with my new Impreza today. Knowing that my lease was about to end, I've been researching cars and dealerships for a while. The thing I like best about Baierl Subaru is that I never felt pressured to walk out the door with a car today -- even though I ended up doing so. Every time I asked a direct question about prices & options, I received a direct answer from Michael or Garrett, who handled the financing. I have visited other car dealers who have all but refused to tell me the interest rate that I can expect to pay on a car. It was a refreshing change to visit Baierl, where the sell was a little bit softer, and I felt much more comfortable. I came in having done my homework. I feel that the price I received was fair, and I was treated with respect. Everyone I dealt with was straightforward with me. I appreciate that aspect of the experience most of all. I don't expect to have to buy a new Subaru for many years now, but when I do, I will definitely return to Baierl. More

I visited the dealership to but an Impreza sport hatchback, but while Amy was getting the keys to take one for a test drive I spotted an Outback with a manual transmission. After taking the Impreza for the drive I asked to take the Outback for a test drive also. She said 'of course' eve though she had to arrange to have 3 other cars moved to get it out. I took it for a longer than normal test drive. Then I was torn between the two cars. So I went back the next day and we took them both for long test drives. Then I went back the third day, took the Outback for a drive again and then bough it. Amy was very friendly and patient during all of the visits and never pressured me at all to buy a car. She let me take all the time I needed to drive the cars and look over the cars and features and options. I also wanted to say that dealing with Garrett for the paperwork and financing was also great. It was the easiest and fastest financing transaction I've ever been through. More
My experience with this dealership and John Fitzwater in particular was excellent. After submitting an inquiry on the Forester through the Baierl website, I was contacted by John within 15 minutes and withi particular was excellent. After submitting an inquiry on the Forester through the Baierl website, I was contacted by John within 15 minutes and within an hour he was able to get me prices on all the Foresters they had in inventory. By the time I physically went to the dealership, we only had to negotiate the price of my trade-in, which John made a very smooth and quick process. Furthermore, on the evening I picked up my Forester, Andres did an excellent job explaining all the paperwork and made the whole process stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dealership! I was torn between another car and the Subaru. The prices was similar, but the employees were very helpful and made my decision to buy the Subaru. Bev waited for me to arrive and was ready to discuss my options. She listened to me and addressed what I was looking for. Bev allowed me test the vehicles I was considering and gave me the knowledge I nee options. She listened to me and addressed what I was looking for. When Bev did not know the answer, she told me she did not know and she worked to get a prompt answer for me. Many times, we communicated while she was out of the office via text, so that I could easily communicate with her while I was at the office. The entire process took a week, but that was because of me. I wanted to be sure I was making the correct rational decision and Bev helped me by giving me the time and resources I needed to make that decision. More

I found the Subaru I wanted on line. Joe Vitali looked the car over for me and gave me an honest assessment of the car. I felt like he had my best interests in mind. His enthusiasm and confidence in Subaru was definately a plus. Although I live out of state and 3 hours away..I was able to purchase the car. It gets a little complicated when you are out of state but everyone was willing to work with me and take care of things in a timely manner. The car was exactly as described and as was photographed. I have only had my car one day but i LOVE it and won't hesitate to get one from Baierl again. I felt no pressure, everything was explained well, and Bob Gavita went out of his way to accommodate my special needs. More
