My sister and I visited Baierl to check out the Subaru Imprezza's. We were not pressured by anyone upon our arrival. Amy was our sales rep. and she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. These ratings are a true and honest reflection of my experience at this Baierl dealership. I was in a car accident in which a woman did not stop at a light and rear ended me in my 2001 Subaru Forester experience at this Baierl dealership. I was in a car accident in which a woman did not stop at a light and rear ended me in my 2001 Subaru Forester (which I had taken excellent care of for 13 years and planned to keep for many more years). My car was totaled. Purchasing a vehicle was not in my budget. I was in a fragile emotional state of mind. David Urquhart was understanding, patient and accommodating. He knew my financial limits reagarding monthly payments and guided me through the process of purchasing a certified, pre-owned Subaru. David never pressured me and explored every option for my financing. Garrett Goss handled the final "paperwork" and explained my payments. He was patient and efficient. When I picked up my "newer" Subaru Forester, David showed me all the features of the car and encouraged me to "try out" the lights, windshield wipers, seat adjustments, etc. He even drove with me to put some gas in the tank!! As I drove off the lot, I knew I had made the best choice in selecting Baierl Subaru. I also knew God had chosen David and Garrett to be my Baierl salesmen. While I am planning on driving this "newer" Subaru for a very long time, I would return to Baierl Subaru in an instant. I've shared my experience with any one who would listen and I'm recommending Baierl, David Urquhart and Garrett Goss to all my friends and family members!!! More

Very friendly and knowledgeabel sales person. Bev answered questions she knew and found out about those she didn't. She helped to expedite the transaction since we had traveled over an hour to come to her dealership and wanted to take delivery of the vehicle that day to avoid a second trip. WOW!!! What a great car burying experience! We visited Baeirl Subaru in March to purchase a Legacy for our daughter. We had such a wonderful time with John Fitzwater that we decided to return in September Baeirl Subaru in March to purchase a Legacy for our daughter. We had such a wonderful time with John Fitzwater that we decided to return in September to purchase another for ourselves. That was until our youngest daughter suggested that we checkout the feel of an Outback on the showroom floor. Eventhough, we arrived that morning to purchase a Legacy, we presented John with our interest in test driving the Outback. He was more than helpful. We received a more than fair market trade-in credit from our old car and had the new Outback prepped for purchase within minutes of signing. Coming to the dealership, my father and I were optimistic, but cautious about purchasing a new vehicle. John was very approachable, yet at the same time, make us feel un-rushed. He never pushed us, yet when we had questions his knowledge put use at ease and made the process of purchasing this car very practical. Everything went smooth as far as the paperwork details, and the cleaning of the car prior to picking it up. He has called to check up on me and the Subaru and has told me not to hesitate to call him or the dealership with any questions/concerns. My experience at this dealership and with John "Fitz"was great. I wasn't sure about exactly what model I wanted but I knew I did want a Subaru. We were in the market for a new car to replace one lost in an accident. Frank showed us a number of different used options within our, admittedly low, price range. He even scoured the whole lot (on foot!) to find the exact rare color we wanted. When it came to negotiating the price, I really appreciated his no-nonsense, honest approach. I never felt like I was being "sold." It felt like he was an advisor helping me make the right purchasing decisions to fit within my budget. I highly recommend Frank and Baierl Subaru. We love our new car! More
