I haven't purchased a new car in 15 year so I had some doubts about how this process would go. Frank Fortunto was my sales person and he made the process very smooth. I never felt pressured by Frank, I asked for his best up front (I was still considering a Honda at that time) because I didn't want to play the back in forth game. He gave me a great price and I never did take the Honda for a test drive. Frank told me when I took the Outback out for a test drive that it was going to be my car, and he was right it was. I believe that comes from the confidence Frank has in the Subaru brand. I appreciated that Frank took the time to go over all the vehicle features especially synching up my cell phone to the Bluetooth hands free feature. I will recommend Baierl Subaru to anyone who asks and I will recommend that they ask for Frank Fortunato. More

My husband and I went to Baierl Subaru to test drive a new 2013 Legacy. We had a 2009 Legacy that we purchased here in 2010. I'll be perfectly honest, I don't typically like going into dealerships, but I really didn't feel any pressure with Beverly. She did everything so fast because she knew we were crunched for time. She gave us a great price. I didn't even feel the need to have to negotiate. I felt I was getting a great deal immediately. I also didn't feel like I was being judged or rushed because I wanted to try out my car seats in the new car just to be sure it was going to fit my family (3 kids). She was awesome with my kids. I will definitely be going there for my future purchases. I really hope she'll be there for when I do. I also can't leave our Garrett, who was also great.
