Our experience at Baierl Subaru was greatly enhanced by our interaction with Allyse Hauser. Although Bairel was not the closest Subaru dealer to us, our experience with the one nearest left us searching f our interaction with Allyse Hauser. Although Bairel was not the closest Subaru dealer to us, our experience with the one nearest left us searching for an alternative. We began by e-mailing Baierl about a specific Impreza Hatchback; Allyse promptly e-mailed back indicating that the car we were looking for was in stock, and she quoted a price that was better than we expected. After several e-mails in which Allyse answered all our questions, we scheduled a visit to look at the car. The color of the car we inquired about looked little like that depicted on the Internet. Allyse suggested we look at other colors to see if one was more to our liking. We found one similarly equipped, and I braced myself for a protracted bargaining session. Allyse provided a print out of what the car would cost with and without the trade in of our Forrester. While the price for the Impreza was acceptable, we felt the price offered for the Forrester was too low. We indicated what we expected, and, in less than five minutes Allyse came back with our proposal accepted. Since we had to obtain the appropriate number of gold bricks to purchase the car, we scheduled a pick up date for three days later. The actual purchasing process went just a quickly and painlessly as the selection process. The paperwork was exactly as quoted and was completed in less than 10 minutes. Throughout the entire process, Allyse made sure that all our questions were answered. Given that the newer cars have a bewildering array of electronic doo dads and functions, Allyse took all the time we needed to acquaint us with the Impreza, and made sure we were comfortable with the driving functions. We really appreciated her care and patience in dealing with us, and we have no qualms about recommending Baierl Subaru, and dealing with Allyse Hauser. More

Beverly was genuinely warm, friendly and charismatic from the first time I stopped in to test drive - I can't stand pushy, fake sales people and she won me over immediately. The dealership management and staff gave us an excellent deal. We were very close to purchasing a different brand from another dealership, and when my husband and I came back so that he could test drive the Forrester, we didn't intend to buy that night. But we did, and 24 hours later we picked up our new car! We are extremely happy with Baierl and will recommend them to anyone!
