He never pushed us, yet when we had questions his knowledge put use at ease and made the process of purchasing this car very practical. Everything went smooth as far as the paperwork details, and the cleaning of the car prior to picking it up. He has called to check up on me and the Subaru and has told me not to hesitate to call him or the dealership with any questions/concerns. My experience at this dealership and with John "Fitz"was great. I wasn't sure about exactly what model I wanted but I knew I did want a Subaru. I haven't purchased a new car in 15 year so I had some doubts about how this process would go. Frank Fortunto was my sales person and he made the process very smooth. He gave me a great price and I never did take the Honda for a test drive. Frank told me when I took the Outback out for a test drive that it was going to be my car, and he was right it was. I believe that comes from the confidence Frank has in the Subaru brand. I appreciated that Frank took the time to go over all the vehicle features especially synching up my cell phone to the Bluetooth hands free feature. I will recommend Baierl Subaru to anyone who asks and I will recommend that they ask for Frank Fortunato. More
