I am delighted to be able to say that Patrick made the process truly enjoyable. He was neither pushy nor presumptive. He did not pretend to know me - my likes or my needs. He used none of those annoying little sales tricks, like trying to second guess my favorite radio station, etc. (I really cringe at that one). Instead he simply offered to help in any way he could. He answered all of our questions and exercised the greatest sales tool of all - patience and graciousness. He encouraged my husband and me to both drive all of the cars we were considering and insisted that we allow him to jockey cars around so that we could drive the exact model in my favorite color with the specific accessories we wanted. He spent as much time building a relationship with us as he did "talking cars and deals". My husband is something of a "car guy" and he wanted a few modifications to the Impreza we purchased - a fancy new front grill and some mud guards and Subaru's fantastic "lux" interior / exterior package. Patrick ensured that all of the parts were ordered and that we had a firm appointment for completion of the work before we left the dealership. He was an absolute delight to work with, making the entire experience a refreshingly pleasant one. More

Allyse was the best, I talked to her constantly on email and when I went to the dealer and met her everything clicked. I bought my car at Baierl due to the great sales person I had Patrick Shutrump. I had gone to a dealer that was 30 minutes closer to my house and wanted, at the time, to drive the Impressa 5 door and the C had Patrick Shutrump. I had gone to a dealer that was 30 minutes closer to my house and wanted, at the time, to drive the Impressa 5 door and the Crosstrek. The salesperson said that they both drove the same but after insisting to drive both I found the Crosstrek a better fit for me. That night I was looking on the internet and saw Baierl. We decided to head up there the next day and boy were we pleasantly surprised. Not only did Patrick make sure he gave us all the time we needed but he also took into consideration that since we lived on a farm that I should try the Forrester. I did like the Forrester but the Crosstrek was still the best fit for me. Truthfully this is the reason I bought my car at Baierl Kaylee Logan More
