Allyse was the best, I talked to her constantly on email and when I went to the dealer and met her everything clicked. If we questioned something he went over it until we did understand. Both these people have a 10 from my wife and I and would go higher if it mattered. I took my Subaru Tribeca 2008 for a 60k service, and ended up doing some additional work. I bought my car at Baierl due to the great sales person I had Patrick Shutrump. I had gone to a dealer that was 30 minutes closer to my house and wanted, at the time, to drive the Impressa 5 door and the C had Patrick Shutrump. The salesperson said that they both drove the same but after insisting to drive both I found the Crosstrek a better fit for me. That night I was looking on the internet and saw Baierl. We decided to head up there the next day and boy were we pleasantly surprised. Not only did Patrick make sure he gave us all the time we needed but he also took into consideration that since we lived on a farm that I should try the Forrester.
