Baierl Subaru

I bought my car at Baierl due to the great sales person I had Patrick Shutrump. I had gone to a dealer that was 30 minutes closer to my house and wanted, at the time, to drive the Impressa 5 door and the C had Patrick Shutrump. The salesperson said that they both drove the same but after insisting to drive both I found the Crosstrek a better fit for me. That night I was looking on the internet and saw Baierl. We decided to head up there the next day and boy were we pleasantly surprised. Not only did Patrick make sure he gave us all the time we needed but he also took into consideration that since we lived on a farm that I should try the Forrester. Left her a message, requesting a return call to set up another day/time and she didn't call me back. I showed up the following Saturday; she was busy and Dave helped us. No problems, like I said, but being an inexperienced car buyer and new to the Costco program, a call back from Elise would have helped. More
