First of all, all people I met greeted me kindly and sincerely, not as profit driven or shrewd as I have witnessed before in many dealerships. Patrick has been particularly friendly and went out of way to help. As a new resident without a car, it was very hard to go back and forth from the dealership, one time Patrick learned that, and he obtained permission from his manager to drive me home. Now about the car and the price. I knew I wanted a sport premium impreza, so I asked directly for the car. Due to popularity of the car, inventory was limited and the ones I like were not available. Patrick told me many were booked before they arrived the dealership. I requested to reserve one too, and Patrick searched the cars to arrive soon and helped me find the exact model I like. I was anticipating a higher than expected price given this high demand, well, it did not happen. Patrick told me that the Bariel policy was a flat $200 above invoice, because new models are coming out in a few months. Now that I have my car and enjoy it very much. The experience was so pleasant, good price and no need to haggle. The financing was also smooth. I wanted to thank Patrick particular for being so considerate and helpful, and the entire dealership for the great experience. Bariel is busy, and I understand why, if I can go to a place with kind and honest service, I would not mind the waiting time. But of course better to make appointment a head of the time and to avoid weekend days. More
