I had the 10k inspection done at this dealership and left completely disappointed. For the price paid, I expected a thorough and professional service, but that's not what I got. My fluids weren't topped off, the air filter was still dirty, and the service light wasn't even reset - which makes me wonder what else they skipped. When I asked questions, the service staff was dismissive and seemed more interested in upselling extra services than actually doing the inspection I already paid for. Communication was poor from start to finish, and I didn't feel like they cared about the customer experience at all. Definitely would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a this dealership. Seals promised me one price, then tried sneaking in thousands in extra fees when it came time to sign. Service is just as bad-took weeks to get an appointment, no updates, and the issue still isn't fixed. Completely dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid Seals at all costs. More
The parts department at Baierl has been nothing but frustrating. I ordered a simple replacement part and was told it would arrive in 3-5 days. Two weeks later, I still had nothing, and every time I called for an update, I either got transferred around or put on hold until the call dropped. When I finally went in person, the staff acted like I was bothering them and couldn’t even give me a straight answer about where my order was. On top of that, the prices were higher than other dealerships nearby, and the attitude was terrible. If you need parts, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, this delarship clearly doesn’t value their customers. More

Baierl is running scams operations with their service promotions. I received an advertisement claiming discounts and exclusive free deals. I was charged the regular bill, and the service advisor threw me away as I was wasting his time, saying the offer didn’t apply to my service. This was misleading and unprofessional. When I returned, they acted like it was the first time I mentioned it. They wanted to charged me for more work, but the issue was still not fixed. After multiple visits, I’m out a lot of money and my car still runs the same. The lack of accountability and poor communication were the most frustrating parts. Instead of diagnosing the problem properly, they rushed it off and left me with an unreliable car. I would not recommend trusting this dealership for service. More
So my Prius kept having electrical problems, warning lights flashing and sometimes losing power. The dealer basically just reset the system and told me it was fine. A few days later, the exact same problem came back. When I went back, they kept my car for a very long time, but still didn’t fix it. All I got was a big bill for “diagnostics” that didn’t actually solve anything. What bothered me most was the communication, I had to call them just to get updates, and even then the answers felt vague, like they just wanted me off the phone. I expected a lot more from a Toyota Baierl, especially with something as serious as electrical issues on a hybrid. I left frustrated, out money, and still with the same problem. Definitely won’t be going back. More
