Baierl Toyota Service not only significantly overcharged me compared to other dealerships but also provided bad service. They insisted on essential maintenance, which they ultimately failed to complete whil me compared to other dealerships but also provided bad service. My husband took my car for its annual service, however, the paperwork states that an oil change and tire rotation were performed. it was brand new car and Toyotas aren't supposed to break down in a week. so stumped at first--but after trying various fixes, discovered it was faulty controller. Teusday July 25 broke down on side of road 15 miles from mars toyota ,had to be towed oh did I say had my wife and 2 grandchildren with me in 90 degree heat. Any ways hadn't bought my fj cruiser there but mars toyota ,had to be towed oh did I say had my wife and 2 grandchildren with me in 90 degree heat. Any ways hadn't bought my fj cruiser there but the service manager saw my crisis and told me bring it in we will fix it. Mind you they are swamped with customers and she the service manager took me in and fixed my 10 year old fj. Let me tell you customer service is not dead its alive and well and its people like the service manager at mars toyota that's keeping it alive . THE WEST FAMILY THANKS YOU! More
This dealership is a joke. I was in contact with them via text in regards to a new Camry, and they asked if I could stop in that day or the next day to look at some options in I was in contact with them via text in regards to a new Camry, and they asked if I could stop in that day or the next day to look at some options in person. To any normal person that would indicate that they had options to look at or test drive, but that was not the case at all. Then, when I pointed that out to JD in person, he told me that I was wrong. Even though I still had the texts and so did he, because he read them as he was telling me this. He’s not exactly the brightest, to say the least. I’d recommend not going here and look at purchasing your next vehicle somewhere else. More
