We also appreciated that Baierl went the extra mile to find and get us a Rav4 in the color that we wanted within 24 hours. Cliff was very professional and responsive to our needs, both via email and in person at the dealership. He helped us get the needed info to Baierl ahead of our visit, speeding up the overall process when we arrived, and he took the time to show us all the features on the new Rav4 before we left for home. Once the doctor releases me, which will be very shortly, I will go back to work immediately. So, I needed a car. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but Joe did the rest. Not only that, he delivered the car to my home. Now that is what I call service above and beyond. I love my new Camry.
