I had received a recall notice on my 2009 Rogue, needed an oil change, had purchased a new set of tires and wanted to get an alignment and needed to have the spare tire aired because it is too difficult for me to drag out of the wheel well to check the air. I was given an appointment for the next day at 2pm. Brought the car in meet with Christina and my work was completed with the addition on a air filter in approximately 2 hours. I had some interior and exterior damage done to a payed for Nissan armada that would have been total out by insurance but Baker Jackson did all my repairs in a timely manner in order for me to get the money I need to pay for the repairs without any hassle cost was 10,000 I know you might say that must be a lot of damage but actually my airbag deployed which set off a lot of other things and just my hood was bent, no motor damage or radiator damage, the truck was 5 years old but didn't have much milege on it because I hardly ever drove it was basically brand new especially inside. I thought it was worth the cost. I still have it today its 13yrs old and not that much milege. so I'm thankful to Baker Jackson More
