I recently purchased a new Nissan Murano from Baker Jackson and could not be happier. I was in the market for a new car but was not 100% sure what I wanted. Went to a few other dealerships and none of them made me feel as welcome as the team at Baker Jackson. Mike was great and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was getting the car that I wanted with the options I wanted. Then when I went through financing, Charles was great and did not push on buying additional warranties just to have them. Then when I got to the car, there was an issue with the SD Card Reader in the navigation system (this happens with electronics no matter who you buy something from), the team spent all the time needed to follow through and fix the issue. Could not be happier with my purchase or experience. More
