I went to Baker Nissan, which is around the corner from my home to purchase a 2015 Altima. I had a 2012 Corvette convertible as a trade in. The sales representative, Mr. Drew Perry, was very helpful, patient, polite, and professional. Mr. Perry tried to help me, however the finance manager, Jordan Fournet, lost his patience and professionalism in the middle of the negotiation and began acting very unprofessional, and rude. Mr. Fournet began telling me my deal was impossible. He would not allow me to talk and would talk over me. Every time I asked him a question he was being disrespectful making these mocking faces at me and was not answering my questions. He was addressing me as “buddy” in a very fed up and hostile way, even when I was calling him sir. I wish there was a way the owner, Mr. Baker, could have heard the way Mr. Fournet was addressing me. I went back 2 more times trying to make a deal, just to find Mr. Jordan Fournet acting more disrespectful, impatient, and way out of line. He even went as far as being disrespectful over the phone and hanging up on me twice once he heard my voice. I hope that all of calls are recorded at that place so that the owner, Mr. Baker, can listen to the type of customer service Mr. Fournet provides. So, I went to Central Nissan Houston trying to close a deal and they took care of me in a snap. I got the car I wanted, the appraisal I wanted for my corvette, a great financing rate, and the payments I wanted. They even bought me a hamburger and a Coke for lunch. No, I would not recommend Baker Nissan to anybody. The only person that was amazing was the sales guy, Mr. Drew Perry. More

Had the best car buying experience! I cant say enough about the overall experience of purchasing my Nissan Maxima back in late December. The moment I parked my car I was greeted by an e I cant say enough about the overall experience of purchasing my Nissan Maxima back in late December. The moment I parked my car I was greeted by an employee who then went to locate Paul Morgan. After Paul identified a couple of Maximas and options on the lot Paul(Gary) Poock let us take them for some test drives. Never did I feel pressured into any auto and I felt that Paul Poock was not only very enthusiastic and passionate about his job but was also very knowledgeable about the Nissans. The moment we made a selection I was visiting with Charles Hall shortly after to line up the financing and he was as enjoyable to work with. Even coming back a few weeks later he recognized me and asked how things we going with the car and if there was anything he could do. Coming from some one who dreads purchasing a car you can tell Baker invests in their in employees which puts the customers first. More

They left such a lasting impression with me that when it came time to purchase my son his first car I searched the Baker Nissan website before looking anywhere else. We found a great deal on a used car with all the features we were searching for. We called the dealership and began working with Yahya. Although we knew this was the car for us, we still shopped around to compare before purchasing. We were able to find car deals close to the one offered to us at Baker, but you also have to factor in your overall experience. The people at Baker Nissan are fantastic! Lance was the sales representative who closed the deal for us. He was very personable and informative. The shining star in our experience was the finance manager Rod Deason. He worked diligently to get us the best possible rate. He thoroughly explained all of our options and treated us like valued customers. We never felt like "just another sale". If you are in the market for a new or used car, give this dealership a try. We don't live in Houston and pass several Nissan dealerships on the way to Baker Nissan. I will gladly make that drive to work with these amazing people. Thanks guys! I will be seeing you again next year to purchase a Maxima! More

A Life Changing Experience. For months My sales rep Marquess had been marketing and we had a conversation about me buying my daughter a car. I explained to him that because of cr For months My sales rep Marquess had been marketing and we had a conversation about me buying my daughter a car. I explained to him that because of credit and life circumstances I didn't think we could have got approved for a "new" car. So fast forward nine months later I called him and said that we wanted to come and look. We went only to get a feel and perhaps "try". Well Mr. Smith made us feel welcome and he asked us questions and showed us the Altima. My daughter then said she wanted something more suitable for her budget. We were shown the 2014 Sentra. It only had 10 miles on it. We filled out the paper work to get financing and they didn't stop until they found us the best rate. I was treated fairly and with great respect by all of the Baker Nissan employees that I encountered. The process was made easy and most of all we were treated like valued customers. We only went to one dealership when looking to make our current car purchase. A process we assumed would take us to several dealerships. Baker Nissan was a one stop shop. We are proud to be part of the NIssan Family. More
