During the test drive, she was very knowledgeable at pointing out the various options of the vehicle (she was very knowledgeable), assisted with negotiating (thank you AWESOME New Sales Mgr Mike Luna and GREAT Finance Mgr Felipe Rodriguez), reviewed all new car info, service info, had my new car washed, detailed, tank filled and ready to drive off the lot at 10:15pm when all was done.
