Went to the dealership thinking I was going People be aware of Baker Jackson Nissan misleading potential customers with incorrect online prices. Went to the dealership thinking I was going purchase a vehicle I seen online for one price and get there and the price is higher. When I question them they told me some story about they do some additional work and that's why the price change . My thing is if you do some additional work on a vehicle after you place a price on line then you should change the price to reflect the changes. If you forget to change the price then the potential customer should get the vehicle for the listed price. I had been a customer at this dealership for years but they don't have to worry about me coming back or recommending any of my friends or family members to do any business with them. 🃏🐍😧 More

A waste of time !!! The experience I had at Baker Nissan was the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. The salesman that called me (Kelsie Roushan) assured me The experience I had at Baker Nissan was the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. The salesman that called me (Kelsie Roushan) assured me that I was approved for zero down and that I would not need a co-signer I stress to her that my time is valuable to me and that I do not have time to waste so was this deal concrete, and she assured me that it was. When I arrived at the dealership it was a totally different story. In fact Kelsie Roushan did not come out and greet me in fact throughout the whole process. Instead some random salesman came out to get my information and to also give me the news that I would need a co-signer. As soon as I heard that I politely gather my things and left without saying anything to him or anyone else in that building. My advice to anyone interested in buying a Nissan do not consider Baker Nissan off of 290 or Northwest Freeway you'll be totally wasting your time. More
