After realizing our local Nissan dealer wasn't going to match the deal, we made the 1-1/2 hour drive to Baker, and we're glad we did. Jessie and Star were great to work with, very personable and helpful and not the least bit pushy. The store was crazy busy but they did their best to work with us and get us through the process. We drove home in our new Murano that day, and have been extremely pleased with the car so far. Would we come back to Baker again? You betcha! Thanks so much, Jessie and Star! More

Pleasurable I called the service department due to the appearance of the service engine soon light on the dash display. Kristina assisted me with setting up an appointment. She was very friendly. When I arrived at the dealership service department for my appointment, Kristina was helpful and kept me up to date on news about my 2011 Altima. A sensor needed to be reset. I was called to the cashier's desk and was told that this was covered under the warranty. The cashier was very friendly. Any time one has to deal with car issues there is a sense of dread at the thought of a long wait and possible large payment, but this turned out to be a pleasurable experience. Thank you. More

Experience was OK, could be better. Bought a pre-owned certified 2013 Nissan Altima. Everyone at the showroom was friendly and cooperative. However, the only thing that bothered me was the time I had to wait from getting an approval for a loan to meeting up with the Finance team. I spent almost 5 hours at the dealer that day. Gets very tiring for any customer and especially for the people working there; the salesman and finance manager that took care of me stayed with me till midnight till I finished up all my paperwork. Other than that I can't complain. More
