I did have a mechanical problem in the break system with my Nissan Sentra and I was put on a waiting stage in Katy AutoNation with the excuse that I had to wait for the repair part to be order and received my Nissan Sentra and I was put on a waiting stage in Katy AutoNation with the excuse that I had to wait for the repair part to be order and received in order to get my car fix. That was over a month ago and I still waiting for their call to let me know when they can fix my car. When 3 weeks pasted, I call them and they said that I have to keep waiting because they didn't know when they were going to have the part in. I decide to call Baker Nissan North and they asked me to bring my car in for an evaluation and to confirm the issue in my car. I did that the next day in the morning and Mr. Escobar told me that I had to leave my car and they will have it fix within 24 hours. I was very happy and surprised that Mr. Escobar called me only a few hours later to let me know that my car was fix and ready to be pick up. It took Baker Nissan only a few hours, when I still waiting for the people in Katy AutoNation (For about 5-6 weeks) to get my car fixed. That is why I am completely satisfied with the customer service at Baker Nissan North. Their timely response to my concern really shows their efforts to keep people safe and happy about their investments. I will definitely recommend Baker Nissan North to any body, any time, without thinking about it! More
I came in with a particular car in mind - one I had the stock number for off of the web. I was quickly met by Iggy in the parking lot and did a quick test drive of he vehicle. This was the 4th Maxima I have purchased so was fairly familiar with the car. Agreement to purchase went smoothly, Iggy was very helpful and I was taken up to finish the paper work. Dain was also very helpful and even agreed to meet with me the following day to clarify a few questions I had. My husband was out of the country and Iggy offered to follow me home in order for me to take delivery of my new car. Very generous indeed. This is the 6th Nissan we have purchased and my daughter has purchased 3. Of the 9, 6 have been from this dealership and we have been very pleased with the process and the after sale service that Nissan provides. More

I would recommend a visit to any of my friends when they are in the market for a vehicle. I had a list of dealerships I wanted to visit, shopping for a very specific and somewhat obscure vehicle. I shopped several dealerships before stopping in at Baker. The first dealership had a friendly staff but couldn't find the vehicle advertised. The second dealership was a terrible experience. The second dealership produced a vehicle that was far from the creampuff advertised and produced a sketchy vehicle history report that did not match the obvious collision damage on the vehicle. Then I found Baker. When I walked into Baker I was greeted by Danny Berry. Danny not only was familiar with the model of vehicle I wanted but knew exactly where it was on the lot. Danny pulled the car around for us to take a look. The vehicle history report was an accurate representation of the vehicle. A quick test drive and we decided to make an offer. Next came the financing. Every previous car buying experience led me to be guarded at this point in the transaction. And what happened was a pleasant surprise. Felipe Rodriguez walked me through the financing options before me, a small assortment of warranty and insurance options, and placed me under no pressure for any of them. He clearly described each item of discussion and took the time to make sure I had a working understanding before moving on to the next item. At the completion of the paper work Danny gave me the keys to a freshly fueled and washed car. We then walked over to the service desk to schedule the first ( complimentary ) oil change. I'm glad I stopped in. And I'll be sure to call Baker first when I'm next in the market for a vehicle. Thank you Danny and Felipe for being yourselves and for treating my family and I very well. More
I brought my 2013 Altima to Baker Nissan North due to a noise problem with what I thought was related to the transmission. Christina, my service advisor took all the info and let me know she would be in to noise problem with what I thought was related to the transmission. I received a call back later that morning that the issue was related to the alternator and the part was coming from another dealer and should arrive around 2pm at which point they would install the new part. Christina then called back a little after 3pm saying my car was ready. Simple, timely communication and realistic estimates from her were the things that are usually missing from other repair shops, but that customers like me really appreciate. I would definitely do business with Baker Nissan North in the future. More

They are with the BBB and to be a member in good standing through the organization VERBAL agreements are supposed to be kept...they DO NOT abide by this...BUYER BEWARE! I was even told by the General Manager that it wasn't his problem and he hung up on me. More

Well I took my Juke in for a recall repair. I did not know about the repair because I had moved since I purchased the car. After learning about the recall, I called Baker Nissan & spoke to Christina. She was very helpful, told me about the recall & that it would not be a problem getting the repair take care of. We set up a day & time, I took my car up & dropped it off. She kept an eye on the repairs & let me know when the car was finished & ready to pick up. Very clean waiting area, very kind staff. Work was completed in a very timely manner & great people there to help. I would recommend giving them a call or taking your car in for any repairs. As I sat & waited I looked at pricing for different services & they seemed very competitive to other places. More

I walked into Baker Nissan with dread. I've never purchased a car by myself. I'm divorced and all our vehicles in the past my husband dealt with it.
