We had called Baker to get some information on special financing on a used vehicle and what they had in stock. The gentleman we talked to by the name of Sammy Vela was more than helpful so we decided sinc financing on a used vehicle and what they had in stock. Sammy was great gave us all the in's and out's of getting a vehicle with the credit or lack there of we have and he was able to talk to the finance man by the name of Ricardo McLean and they were able to get a great rate for us and we were able to get a vehicle that we were not sure we would be able to get. I only have the highest praise for Sammy, everytime We thought we were going to stumble and fall from trying to get a vehicle Sammy just said don't worry this will be fine.He kept me from having a nervous breakdown during the whole process. He was one of the nicest salesman, no pressure and all positive feedback from Sammy. He is a jewel in a rough profession. Everyone that we came into contact with at Baker Nissan was great we will go back there for our next vehicle. I have never had so many doors opened for me and smiles and nice people in my life. More

I walked into Baker Jackson North expecting a haggling battle as that is what i had always expierenced when purchasing vehicles and i have bought several. From the beginning Jody was very persomable and knowlegeable about the new maxima that I went looking for. Jody took his time to explain the features and highlights of the car. Jody explained how many of the safty features worked while in the test drive, so far everything was working fine, but now it was time for the fun part the price and haggling, lucky for me I was ready with my research. Jody was upfront with me about the priceing and even though i threw riduculous figures at hime he just smiled and said "I will do my best." Well I ended up leaving that night without a car, but he next day i recieved a call and got what I was looking for. Keep this in mind folks everybody is nice when they are sellng you the car. I had a small issue with the service dept. and guess what Jody took care of it for me when there was no more commission to be made. Just wanted to give Jody Lewis two thumbs up on not only being a salesman but for beinf a good human being.
