I recently went to Baker Nissan North and I had a misunderstanding with Mr. Jordan Fournet. I had a bad customer service experience. However, Mr. Chris Godwin, the general manager, called me to rectify the situation and I understand that one person does not represent the entire team. Even though I ended up purchasing my vehicle at Central Nissan Houston, I would still recommend Baker Nissan North to others based on the fact that they care about their customer relations. By the way, I would like to mention that the sales person, Mr. Drew Perry, was amazing, polite, patient, and very friendly. Whenever you go there make sure to ask for him. :) Sincerely, Miguel Celis
