Working with Mike Sorkin at Bald Hill Kia has been my best car-buying experience by far. Mike took the time to carefully answer all of my e-mails, and once I got to the dealership it was a no-pressure a best car-buying experience by far. Mike knew the product inside and out and took way more time than I probably deserved test driving it, letting me play with all of the doodads and letting me ask tons of questions--even after the dealership had closed for the night. I was also pleased to get more for my trade-in than I had expected, which sealed the deal. Working with Frank in finance was also a pleasure--this is clearly a man who knows his stuff, with years of experience, and doesn't put the usual pressure on you to buy things you don't want/don't need. He just puts the products out there, points out the benefits, and the decision is up to you. That's how it should be! Thanks Bald Hill Kia; I will be back for sure.
