I was a little nervous about my car purchase because of all the bad stories I've heard about the car buying process. I could tell right away that Carl was not pushy and was actually listening to what I had to say regarding my car interests/needs. We talked for a while before he showed me some cars, and I was amazed at how much he knew about automobiles. I test drove two cars with Carl and he very patiently explained all of the features which helped me make my decision.
