DO NOT BUY FROM BALISE FORD OF WILBRAHAM! ! Mike DiMella GM lied straight to my face, went in to sign the odometer disclosure so I could buy out my lease. I was told by Mr DiMella that Ford ha ! Mike DiMella GM lied straight to my face, went in to sign the odometer disclosure so I could buy out my lease. I was told by Mr DiMella that Ford had a new policy that if I purchased my lease there would be a 3 week period where I could not drive the vehicle while they wait for the title and payment to clear. I knew this was a lie but he kept pushing me to trade in the vehicle instead of buying it. I know my buyout price is $18000 and its worth quite a bit more than that so I assume he was scamming and lying to me to get my vehicle so he could sell it for more money. When he figured out that I didnt believe him he told me to leave the property or he would call the cops. I had been civil and polite the whole time but I know that you cant win that argument with the cops so I left. I immediately called Ford Motor Credit, told them what happened and they said he definitely lied to me and what he said was completely untrue. Called the Ford Customer Relationship line and lodged a complaint against him. DO NOT BUY FROM BALISE FORD OF WILBRAHAM!! More
I found the salesmen to be very knowledgeable on all vehicles I looked at and was willing to spend as much time as I needed with each vehicle. He definitely went the extra mile to not only make a sale b vehicles I looked at and was willing to spend as much time as I needed with each vehicle. He definitely went the extra mile to not only make a sale but to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the future. Bill Crum More

They refused to replace the battery under warranty and then had the ordacity to charge her 175 dollars. My mom has a hart condition and is very upset and for this dealer to take advantage of her in this way is shameful. I will be reporting this dealership to the BBB and the department of consumer protection. This will not be my last review as I will be leaving them anywhere that will allow me too. More
It took your service department three months to repair my 2021 F-150. While I appreciate that a loaner vehicle was provided, I was charged for mileage overages, which feels unreasonable given the delay in re 2021 F-150. While I appreciate that a loaner vehicle was provided, I was charged for mileage overages, which feels unreasonable given the delay in repairs. Additionally, when my truck was towed to Balise, the battery was functioning properly, yet I was still charged for a new one. That’s frustrating and feels dishonest. I’ve been a lifelong Ford owner—from F-150s and Broncos to Mustangs. I’ve always trusted the brand. Unfortunately, this experience has changed that. I’ll be purchasing my first Chevy on Monday, and not from Balise. I hope the poor service was worth the loss of a loyal customer. More
Frustrating experience with the service department at Ford of Wilbraham, specifically John. I went there three times just to get a clear quote for a water pump replacement on my Ford Explorer. Visit 1 Ford of Wilbraham, specifically John. I went there three times just to get a clear quote for a water pump replacement on my Ford Explorer. Visit 1: John quoted around $2,200. Visit 2: I asked him to confirm, and he added there may be up to $200 in incidentals (gaskets, fluids, etc.). I was told I’d get a written estimate once I dropped the vehicle off. Visit 3: I dropped off the car at 4:30pm, and John said he couldn’t give a written quote because the service department was closed. Then today he calls and says he was wrong—the “incidentals” are actually $644, not $200—bringing the total to over $2,850. John previously mentioned they do a lot of these water pump jobs. So which is it? Does he quote this repair all the time and still not know he’s off by $440? Or is this intentional misleading info? Either way—unacceptable. Took my business elsewhere. More
