He sat down with me with the most trusting and friendly relationship I ever had at any dealer I've been to before. He knew I was on a tight schedule and time is very limited for me. With much haste, he knew what car would be right for me, at a reasonable price seeing as I am a college grad student and I needed something that would work with mileage and transportation. When I got my chevy I was just not happy with the car. Having bought my ford I am excited to own my car and happy to drive it to this day 9 months later. Ralfy introduced to me the staff at Balise and everyone was on board with what I wanted and negotiations were made to price, but by the end of the whole experience I was happy and excited to finally be getting what I wanted. THE CUSTOMER, was happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a ford. and I drove out of state to GET MY CAR and they DROVE IT TO MY HOUSE. WHO DOES THAT. BALISE, that's WHO. I was very pleased with the service I got from Balise Ford. Jim Pirro and I spoke on the phone and when I showed up 2 hours later he had the truck we talked about ready to look at. He was able to inform me about all of the trucks features. The one thing I really liked about Jim especially coming from a sales background is that there was no pressure or sales tricks. He was just there to help me. Jim and the staff were able to get me financing with no problems and the service department added the features I wanted that the truck didn't come with. It was a great experience and I'd recommend them to everyone! More

The Chris Reed (mngr) was more than willing to work with me with in the parameters that I asked, and Jim Pirro (Sales) was great to work with on the floor and with the vehicle. It was a great, no bull, experience. After having purchased a vehicle a different dealership in the Springfield area last year, I had not been looking forward to buying again. I went into this with a very jaded view, and came out pleasantly surprised on the purchasing experience. Thank you to Chris and Jim for a great experience at Balise! More
This was my first time dealing with Balise Ford as I had a previous dealer for my past 3 vehicles. I am so glad I decided to Balise! First of all, No pressure!!! A young salesperson that had a work ethic you don’t find in younger adults. He was genuine. He answered all my questions and concerns and if he didn’t have all the answers, he got them. Through the sales, you can simply tell he cared. He followed up on everything. Kudos also goes to Ms. Carol Plum. She was also very helpful making this visit a pleasant experience. The facility is new and had a very comfortable atmosphere. Every person I had to deal with, finance, etc. were very accommodating and professional. As a matter of fact, one of the employees (I wish I had his name) had just got done clearing the snow off the vehicles all morning after a recent snow storm, as he walked by looking cold and pretty worn, looked up at me and said with a smile on his face, “Welcome back Sir”. This may not seem like much but, I never remembered seeing him prior the day before. That tells me that people are aware of the customers and it did leave an impression of their staff on me. The pricing of the vehicles were better than fair. I did not have to negotiate much at all. There is no doubt I will back to this facility for my next purchase. I highly recommend Mr. Marcus Gervais or Ms. Carol Plum as a salesperson. I normally never write a review on anything but this sale surely warrants one! More
Bought a used 2004 Ford Ranger from Andy in Wilbraham, MA . Andy showed me a detailed multipoint inspection report from Balise Ford showing the truck was inspected with no defects the week before (May 2013), . Andy showed me a detailed multipoint inspection report from Balise Ford showing the truck was inspected with no defects the week before (May 2013), report also showed brake condition to be good (above 5 mm wear) Got it state inspected in NH the following week. Front brakes are junk. pads are worn to the metal and both from calipers have cracks and chunks missing. 660.00 dollars in repair work. when I called and spoke to the service advisor he said that the wheels never even came off the truck for inspection. customer declined work. Why would they provide a report showing no defects??? I wouldnt use them. More

All the employess that I came into contact with were all very friendly and helpful. I was asked many times if I would like a cup of coffee or use the restroom, which I thought was very polite on their part. When I met with the Financial person, I only know his name as Joey, he was also just as pleasant. Everything was explained to me and easy to understand what I was purchasing. I would definetly return to purchase another vehicle and also highly recommend anyone I could to visit Balise because of my experience. As far as the price, it was fair and acceptable....of course free would be the best but we all know how that works. My overall experience was GREAT. Sincerely, Mary spina More

I loved my experience at Balise of Wilbraham! I had gone there kind of knowing what I wanted but wasn't knowledgeable about the model I wanted. The limited was a little out of my price range so one of the sales managers, Peter, told me he was going to an action the next day. He took down exactly what I wanted to color, features, miles and interior. He told me, "I will find you your car". Which I loved. It was like he just didn't want me to sell a car but really wanted me to love what I had. And to be honest I didn't expect that from a cars salesman. The next day I received a call from a salesman saying they had gotten an escape to my specifications so I went down to look at it. It was what I had wanted but earlier in the week I had test drove the limited and it was stuck in my head. I wasn't sure what I was going to do and was having a hard time making up my mind but lucky for me Jesse was there! He explained every different between the two models not to sway me in any direction but to give me knowledge to make the best educated decision. He was AMAZING!!! Once I had made up my mind that I had to have the limited it was so quick and painless to get the ball rolling. Not to mention that I had looked at the surrounding ford deals and couldn't find a limited escape for even close to how much I paid. It took two days for my husband and I to be able to get over there to sign our paper work but Jesse kept me updated the whole time. He took the time too call me to let me know everything step by step that was going on with my car. I loved it. The day finally came and once everything was signed Jesse took the time to show me everything in my new car and set up my Microsoft sync! He had given my he cell phone number right when I had first met him but he instructed me to call him if I had any questions at all! I gave him a hug for all of his help and he congratulated me on my new car! That's my story with Balise and I will be returning there for my husbands new truck and I will ONLY be dealing with Jesse or Peter! More
