Do not bother making and appointment to get your vehicle serviced here, apparently they make the appointment but are unable to actually look at your car. OH yes and specifically sought out a Lariat trim to be sure I had heated leather for these cold winters. Heated seats don't work and they won't fix it. I buy and sell cars a few times a year. Great experience. Kristos was helpful in giving us different options and showing us several trucks even though it was very cold outside ( he pretended he wasn’t cold ). Once we selected our truck he handled everything else, switching registration and insurance. He even delivered the truck to our house since I had no ride available to go pick it up. The financing was explained in a thorough and professional manner by Richie who showed great knowledge of the process and the difference options Richie was a pleasure to deal with because of his friendly and professional demeanor. Overall great car buying experience and we will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
