Kate and I worked out a deal by phone and email, she was easy to work with and met my expectations. I was worried buying a car that I haven't seen and flying out with a one way ticket! But Kate made me feel safe and she held up her end of the deal! I would definitely do it again! I drove the car home 1400 miles and it was perfect, didn't skip a beat! Very happy customer here! More

Worst Buying Experience Ever! I spotted a vehicle that I loved at Balise Lexus in West Springfield. One of the sales guy's took me on a test drive and I decided it was the vehicle I spotted a vehicle that I loved at Balise Lexus in West Springfield. One of the sales guy's took me on a test drive and I decided it was the vehicle for me. When we went back to the office to talk numbers the gentleman was very rude and showed no interest in working a deal, he even told me "the nice thing about America is you can go elsewhere and buy what you want". Weeks later I noticed that the price of the vehicle had dropped to the price range that I was initially looking for. Even though I was turned off by the sales guy and the dealership, I went back and decided that I would try to work a deal with someone else. I ended up working with the sales manager. I told him about my previous experience and he seemed somewhat apologetic. We ended up striking a deal! Everything was in place and I was ready to get my car and enjoy....Wrong! Fifteen minutes before I leave to pick up the vehicle (3 days after making the deal), I get a call from the sales manager telling me the vehicle has been in an accident!! It turns out that one of his sales associates backed the vehicle into the gas pump! I was furious beyond belief....who does that on the day of a pick up??!! The car also has rear view camera's. I went to inspect the damage the rear bumper was completely smashed and damaged. As you could imagine I did not buy the car. The sales manager simply said "sorry I will refund your money". It was the most insincere apology ever and he didnt even offer up any alternatives. Do not buy from this dealership....poor customer service! The car was a 2012 infiniti m37x. More

The manner in which your complete staff handles themselves throughout our visits was nothing less than exceptional. Ed Ladika represents your dealership and the Lexus product professionally, enthusiastically and was a gentleman to work with. Your business manager Bill Gryszkiewicz was very through and made the sign out portion easy by explaining in detail all the necessary documentation require for both parties. Exceeding My Expectations Having owned 6 Lexus vehicles over the past 20+ years, my recent experience with Balise Lexus confirmed why I choose Lexus. I recently bought a 2010 Having owned 6 Lexus vehicles over the past 20+ years, my recent experience with Balise Lexus confirmed why I choose Lexus. I recently bought a 2010 RX 350 with 96,000 miles from them and I felt it was a good bet considering my 2000 RX 300 had over 260,000 miles. After about 1,500 miles, however, the air conditioning went out and I needed a new A/C clutch and compressor - not an insignificant repair and highly unusual. I contacted my Lexus Sales Consultant, Kate Bedard, who sold me the car. Kate immediately understood and lead the effort in resolving the situation. Early the next morning, I received a call from Paul Sowa, Service Manger, who said that they would take care of it with almost no cost to me. In addition he told me that they would pick up my car, provide a loaner, then deliver the car back to me - which is no small task since I live about 150 miles from the dealership. Paul's words to me were, "You bought the car expecting that the air conditioner works and that is what you should have." I want to thank Kate, Paul, and the Balise Team for their outstanding customer service, exceeding my expectations and confirming once again why I choose Lexus. More

Everyone at the dealership I encountered made me feel at home, I was buying a used car and I was not buying a Lexus at this time, but I was their priority every time I stepped into the dealership.
