He found us the information we requested in a timely manner and then located the car we wanted. Bill Gryszkiewicz was very helpful with the paperwork and completed the whole process quickly. Best car buying experience yet We recently went to Balise Lexus in West Springfield two weeks ago with the intent to lease a new RX 350, we were pleasantly greeted by the salesman J We recently went to Balise Lexus in West Springfield two weeks ago with the intent to lease a new RX 350, we were pleasantly greeted by the salesman Jim Pirro. He did an excellent job explaining and reviewing all the different leasing options to us which made it very easy for us in deciding the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Jim Pirro as the salesman for the purchase of lease of any vehicle at Balise in West Springfield, "thanks Jim for making our selection so easy and convenient." When we went back the following week on October 17th,2015 to pick up the vehicle, Jim had it all registered and ready to go. The business manager Bill Gryskiewicz was excellent going over all the paperwork and the extra protection plan options that were available. He was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. "Thank you Bill for your help with making this process easy as possible." Just as we were about to leave the dealership , Alysha went over the navigation system , the Bluetooth , and audio very thoroughly with me and everything else the vehicle had in it. professional and friendly service I am on my second Lexus ES and couldn't be happier with the Lexus brand of vehicle. I had my first ES 300 for 14 years before I traded it in for the o I am on my second Lexus ES and couldn't be happier with the Lexus brand of vehicle. I had my first ES 300 for 14 years before I traded it in for the one I have now, and neither one did we purchase from Balise Lexus. Not that we didn't try, but that is another story. In looking to possibly trade in my 2005 Lexus ES 330 with low mileage, we went to Balise to test drive the new Lexus NX which I had convinced myself was my next car. Barbara Spear was my product specialist and she couldn't have been more professional, pleasant and fun to work with. After visiting several dealerships in the area trying to find my next car, (and after realizing the NX was just a bit too "muscular" for me), I have recently asked myself the question, "Why is it that there are not more women in Sales"? Balise Lexus, you may not be aware of this, but your dealership was only one of two where I encountered and worked with women sales reps. Kudos to you! As a professional woman, I do appreciate and enjoy working with women product specialists as well as men. The Balise Lexus dealership is top notch, in my opinion. Competent and professional in every way. I spoke with people in the service department looking to get information regarding service of the NX and they politely and patiently answered my questions. The receptionist did her job by greeting us and directing us to Barbara. We test drove 3 vehicles that day, the NX, CT and CT Sport, and Barbara was very helpful and patient. While they did not offer me enough for my car ( but neither did anyone else other than an independent dealer), and after driving all kinds of different cars on my journey ,this experience has enabled me to once again, "see the light", realize and appreciate that Lexus is most likely the only car for me. I've decided instead of trading it in and purchasing something new, to hang onto my car, because I believe, as does my mechanic, that it has many more good years left in it and it's been a very good friend to me for many years. However, when the time does come, my next Lexus will be purchased from Balise as long as they can negotiate a fair price. More
