Patience, Courtesy, and class I just finished a three month search for the perfect dealer to buy my NX from in the area. Other dealerships were closer to me, but they didn't seem to want to help me find the 'right' car for me. So, I picked up the phone, called Balise, found Jim Pirro - and my luck changed. He told me he did not have 'my' car on the lot - but would find it for me - and he did. Finally the day came, we met at Balise, we negotiated, we had a great time - I trusted Jim, Bill and the Manager to have my best interest (and wallet) at heart. No one lost.
