My 23 year experience with Balise Lexus My initial dealing with Balise Lexus was in 1993. My first Salesman was Marc Thompson and since then I have leased either 9 or 10 Lexus LS 460's. I My initial dealing with Balise Lexus was in 1993. My first Salesman was Marc Thompson and since then I have leased either 9 or 10 Lexus LS 460's. I have lost track. It start with the 400 then the 430 and have been in the 460 ever since it came out. Mark is STILL and has been my only salesman in all those years. That is unheard of in the car business. Balise Lexus has done ALL my service over those years. They pick up my car at work, leave me a free Lexus loaner, deliver my car back to my office washed and vacuumed and we swap keys and away they go. After 21 years, 9 cars, all the service.....I have only been to their dealership ONCE. That is correct. Once was the first time in 1993. I have never had to go back there physically ever again. Marc Thompson left my office this morning with my newest car lease. All we did was swap plates, swap keys, sign the Lease at my office and inform me of any new toys or features this car has over the previous one. One last thing. A new Lexus dealership came to my town which is literally a 1/2 mile from my office about 10 years ago. I have never walked in their doors ever. Balise Lexus is 75 miles from my office. What difference does it matter if I never have to go there. They come to me. That is personalized service from a person in addition to a dealership. Why fix anything if it ain't broke. I'm still young enough to hopefully see another 21 years in Lexus' with Balise Lexus. I would hate to see you leave Marc. By the way, Every new car lease takes literally 10 minutes on the phone to negotiate. What Color and how much? That's it. Don't need to test drive the same vehicle I have been driving for 21 years. Time is valuable and time is money. Marc and Balise save me a lot of time and it is worth doing business with someone who understands that and trusts you and you trust them after all these years. Can you image trusting a car salesman??? I should have written these review many years ago because nothing has changed in 21 years. You guys are the Best!! Thank you for everything you do!!!!! In fact, every representative at the dealership, with whom I interacted, was curious & knowledgeable. Customer service can make or break any retail company, and Balise Lexus clearly understands this. Everyone from our Scott (Service Advisor), to Paul (Service Manager) and Tim (General Manager) were extremely professional & friendly and really went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We were so impressed with this dealership and the people that work here that we decided to trade in our BMW Wagon for a Lexus CT200H. We worked with Kate (Sales Consultant) and our experience could not have been more pleasant. Excellent Service! I called Balise Lexus and obtained a quote for routine service on my 2008 RX350. I worked with Joe Renzulli (the assistant service manager) upon arriv I called Balise Lexus and obtained a quote for routine service on my 2008 RX350. I worked with Joe Renzulli (the assistant service manager) upon arrival at the dealership. The service was performed on my vehicle in a complete and timely fashion and I was contacted that the car was ready for pickup. During checkout with Joe, it became apparent that when I had originally called in to another service consultant, I was quoted a lower cost for one of the services than what Joe advised the cost should have been. Understanding I had been wrongly quoted, Joe made a cost adjustment and apologized for the error. I was extremely pleased at the way Joe and Balise Lexus resolved the matter in such a professional manner. I most certainly will continue to utilize Balise Lexus for all my service needs on the two Lexus vehicles I own! More
