This time I was not able to go to the d For starters this is the fourth vehicle I purchased from Balise since 2014 and the second from Ashley Pingree. This time I was not able to go to the dealership but that did not stop Ashley from making a deal happen. Ashley was patient and understanding and arranged everything from having someone come out to my house to look at my trade in, bring the paperwork for me to sign and then personally deliver my 2019 CX 5 to my home. On top of that Balise did an excellent job with the value of my trade in and applying whatever addition discounts they could. I am very satisfied with the deal they presented to me. And if that was not enough Brendan in finance did everything he could to get me the best interest rate and payment. If you want an excellent car like a Mazda CX 5 or another Mazda product I highly recommend Balise Mazda. More

It outperformed other cars of similar style, offers a sporty look and a luxury car feel to the interior with quality comfort features and generous cargo space. Good experience Ashley at Balise was patient and worked to find the right car for me. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different models and took the time to explain all the different features of all the cars I looked at, and then went over everything again when I was ready to take the car home. No one has ever done that for me before and it really made the adjustment to the new car a breeze. I took off one star because the service department sent me home in a car with a non-functional fog light despite it being one of the items they supposedly checked during the certified-preowned inspection. Not a critical or urgent repair, but it meant another trip back to the dealer and time out of my day to get it taken care of. I will say the service department was very friendly and responsive when notified of the issue. More

False Advertsing If I am looking at the review of the Mazda 6 Grand Touring and an add on the page says that a specific dealer has THIS model at a price nearly $10,000 If I am looking at the review of the Mazda 6 Grand Touring and an add on the page says that a specific dealer has THIS model at a price nearly $10,000 less than the average deal, that is an add I will look at! When I did, the model I specified was MORE expensive than the average retail price! Don't waste my time with fraudulant adds! More
