Absolutely great staff, from start to finish! So, I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where I needed to find a car. Not that I was in a rush, because I could manage getting by for a short t So, I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where I needed to find a car. Not that I was in a rush, because I could manage getting by for a short time, but I still needed to eventually find a car. I spent about three weeks searching literally every car dealership across Rhode Island. By the weekend of my third straight week I was emotionally drained. Having fallen in love with a Rogue during my used car searches, I thought I would never be able to get one and felt heartbroken that it may never happen for me. I ended up seeing some used Rogue's available when I searched online on Balise Nissan of Warwick's website. So, I went to take a look. I had dealt with to this point, probably every type of salesperson at my searches through all dealerships, from unsavory, to rude, to cruel, to just downright ignorant, so I showed up somewhat defensive having had so many bad experiences to this point. However, from the second we walked in the parking lot, we were greeted by a salesperson (I'm sorry I forgot your name) and he was a delight for the short time we got to speak with him as he had an appointment that showed up at the same time so he had to go. He was friendly and listened to what I was looking for, he had a great smile and a wonderful personality which immediately put my nerves at ease. When he left, we were given another salesman, Bruce Reis. Honestly, I never met someone that was so made for this type of profession! He was sweet, nice and caring. He patiently listened to my frustration, my wants, my needs, my bitter experiences, all with a smile and a kind demeanor. He put my fears at rest and was so patient with me. I can only imagine how I was at the time having been so frustrated by this time through the last few weeks! He understand my love for the Rogue and literally did everything he could to help me get my dreams to come true. Between Bruce and Mike Sepe, they helped me make my wish come true! Somehow I went from possibly getting a used Rogue, to getting into a brand new 2016 Rogue lease, and I am beyond thrilled. I spent about two days with them from my initial stop on a Sunday, and then returning the next day on Monday after work. They had the patience of angels to deal with my emotional roller coaster ride! If you guys ever see this review, thank you Bruce and Mike! Like I said that first day, I hope you make me a Nissan owner for life, and you have! I recommend you both to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work Bruce, like I told you, you have the BEST personality and demeanor for that job! I see lots of great things for you there at Nissan! See you all soon. More

Heleno, at Balise Nissan, was the third car salesman I talked to when looking for a used car purchase --> which evolved into a lease search. Heleno was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly-a straight shooter. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured, tricked, or lied to. After getting a reasonably competitive quote from him, I shopped around to other dealerships [where I encountered a wide variety of salesman-Many with the stereo-typical/slimy approach]. As Heleno had been so forthright and patient/ accommodating with us through the early part of the process-I promised him I would revisit him if given a more competitive quote-Before signing final papers. I am glad I made good on my word with this-as he was able to match that quote, plus throw in a couple of maintenance perks. At the end, I am happy that he and his dealership got my business, rather than a few of the less savory people I dealt with. So Far, I am happy with the deal I got into, and would highly recommend both Balise Nissan and Heleno Miranda as a salesman. More

Joseph, I want to thank you for the individualized attention I experienced, and professionalism, with the service I received yesterday and today. I was made to feel that the customer was cared for. In my last two new automobile purchase’s, one at Tarbox (Hyundai) and the other at Tasca (Ford), I felt I was just a number. I went through a car buying program and the three dealers selected by them tried to sell me a vehicle that was not what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I then went to Balise Nissan, not a part of the program, and they not only got me the vehicle I wanted, with the options I wanted, at the price I wanted and the financing I wanted, with absolutely NO pressure to buy. I did have a trade-in and they gave me a fair price. Working with Mike Canavan , sales consultant, who my wife thought was great, and Brandon Potter sales manager, the dealing process was efficient and intimidating. To top off the experience, the closing with the financial manger, Desiree, was an enlightening experience. Her computer system with Nissan, was down, and she manually was able to execute the process professionally and efficiently under the circumstances. I certainly recommend buying Balise, and from Mike Canavan. More

Their service dept is accomodating and thorough. Look, we all hate car buying experiences, it's not fun laying down a bunch of money. In my mind, Nissan is worth the cost and this dealership makes buying as painless as possible. More

We were approved for a new car but with the way we were treated we decided to not be pushed into anything we were not comfortable with and we are so glad we did. We are now extremely happy with our brand new 2016 Altima from anchor nissan, it was a whole other experience we never thought was was possible. More

I warned the salesman that I didn't play the game that dea As a repeat customer of the Balise dealerships I stopped in the other day to buy a new car. I warned the salesman that I didn't play the game that dealership play and that I knew what my trade was worth and I knew what car I wanted and how much it was and I also let him know I had a credit score of 820. The salesman gave me the numbers of the my trade and it was inline of what I expected but the sales price of the new car was sticker price. I told him that I would never pay sticker and then showed him that I could get the very same car at different dealership for $4500 less and I told him they would have to meet or beat that price for me to buy from them. The salesman after informing his manager of what I said came back and asked me if I was a veteran and I said yes. After a few minutes he came back saying he had great news. Reviewing his print out they knock off $4000 of the purchase price. As I continued to read he asked if we had a deal but then I noticed they reduced my trade by $2000 in a typical bait and switch tactic. At that point I asked him if he recalled what I said when I first walked in. Then I told him we were done and they lost not only this sale but any future sales from me or my family. My advise is to stay away from this dealership, oh and I did buy a new car from another dealership and I got exactly what I wanted. More
