Furthermore, Joe kept in touch with us throughout the process, keeping us informed regarding the progress being made (locating the vehicle I wanted, financing information, etc). He even checked in with us every few days after we purchased the car to make sure that things were going well and that we didn't have any questions. I came into look at an 04 Ford Ranger that was posted online, when first coming into the door I was pleasantly greeted by the General Manager Mike.
