Edwin in finance was friendy and professional. Our experience with the sales staff was not good. Jerry was knowledgeable about the product. He asked us to come back with our trade so we could continue with the sale, so we drove home and back (an hour and a half) to come back before the dealership closed. In the meantime, we called him to ask a question about our insurance card. When we returned with our loan paperwork completed, he told us that the business manager left so we'd have to come back another day. We explained that he had led us to believe we would be able to complete the sale that day and we were upset. He then took our paperwork and disappeared. Since I was pregnant and not feeling well, we got up to see where Jerry went. He was sitting and chatting with other salepeople and the manager in another part of the dealership. So we left. If another dealership in the area had the vehicle we wanted, we would have gone elsewhere. At no time during the hours we spent at the dealership waiting, did the Manager stop by to talk to us. This has never happened to us before. Our experience with Balise Nissan was so positive (Mark and Chris helped us) that we were shocked to be so mistreated at Balise Subaru, which is part of the same dealership! Instead of the professional service we are used to, we felt as if we were at a used dealership. More

I recently purchased a used Kia Sportage at the Balise Subaru in Warwick on Post Road. I never thought this type of vehicle would be to my liking. Initially I was looking at the Forester and was set on Subaru in Warwick on Post Road. I never thought this type of vehicle would be to my liking. Jerry Cohen came to my rescue and guided me along a financial journey that took me to the used Kia Sportage that I did eventually purchase. Jerry treated me like royalty, as I walked in the door he was there to greet me and assist in any manner that he could. He was very professional, very courteous and definitely has the customer as the first and foremost thing on his agenda. I was very happy how I was given a tour of the service area, and a detailed orientation to the controls of the car prior to leaving with my new car. I certainly would give Jerry's card to any friends who are interested in a car purchase. I also dealt with the business manager for my loan and paperwork. I met with her the Saturday before car pickup for loan paperwork. I was presented with extended warranty information at that time and was told i needed to make a decision about that at that meeting. I was not able to make a decision- I had just come from a long stretch of work days, was totally exhausted and was not going to make a large decision like that in an exhausted state. SUGGESTED FIX- have the extended warranty information presented prior to the "paperwork" meeting so the customer can bring it home and make a decision on it prior. More

He went through everything on the vehicle - I have hardly had to read the manual. Post sale service has been excellent one small part needed replacing and he got right on it. I would strongly recommend Jerry at Balise. I personally hate car buying but Jerry made the process easy. Nice job! More
