NO INTEGRITY! Read and listen to all the reviews. We decided not to and give them a chance anyways…BAD IDEA and waste of time! We were at the dealership for three Read and listen to all the reviews. We were at the dealership for three hours on an Saturday and worked with a couple different sales managers(Mike and ?) and one salesperson(Jose). We walked away on the Saturday since they were unwilling to come down to the fair price we wanted. The called and left a couple different emails after we left. One email stated we qualified for a “closing certificate?” Whatever that is and assume anybody that walks through the door qualifies for this since all they had was a phone number and email from us?? We called back Tuesday and spoke with Mike, the sales manager that we dealt with the most while there and he had given us his card, and asked him if they had reconsidered our offer. He checked with his manager but they were stuck on their price. Push come to shove, we agreed to take the price they were stuck on and got in our car to drive an hour to the dealership. Within 15 minutes, we had Jose calling us telling us to come in the next day since there would be a different manager in and then a random number, we can only assume was Mike, that stated they were going back on the agreed offer and that offer was only good for Saturday when we were there?!?! Sayyyy whaattt?!?! We were just on the phone 15 minutes ago with the agreed price. What changed?!?! This was all over $300 more they wanted which would be an extra $600 for us since they wouldn’t come down to our original offered price. Lost all trust with this dealership. Wouldn’t even go back if they offered an extra $1000 off. Manager Kathy in Customer Relations, no need to reach out and discuss since all details are on here and will not ever come back or refer people to this dealership. More
