Brought my 2024 Rav 4 Limited hybrid in for servicing at 46,000 miles. I proactively wanted to change the CVT fluid. Before I picked it up Iand will was told by the service manager that the technician said 46,000 miles. I proactively wanted to change the CVT fluid. Before I picked it up Iand will was told by the service manager that the technician said that I had a regular 4 speed transmission and not a CVT. I arrived to show him the documentation that my vehicle did indeed have a CVT. The service manager, who should have known better from the start, said that I was indeed correct (after disappearing into the back for 5 minutes to verify what fluid was put into my transmission.) My opinion is that I know more than the technician and the service manager. More
