Yimber was extremly knowledgable of the products and answered every question i had for him. He showed me all the key fuctions of the Prius I ended up buying. When it came down to presenting the figures he was by no way pushy like most car salesmen's are. My husband and I are already planning on purchasing a truck in a couple of months and plan on having Yimber help us out again. I would alway recommend him to any friends and family member who plan on purchasing a Toyota. More

Least Stressful Car Purchase Experienced Bob has to be the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful sales person I've worked with. I've know him for over 11 years now (he sold me my fi Bob has to be the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful sales person I've worked with. I've know him for over 11 years now (he sold me my first Toyota Camry, Herbie III). He's always known what to do to solve any problem I might have with the car or service. My purchase of Herbie IV yestereday was an all day affair, but I knew that when we were finished, I'd have another reliable car with a dealership, service center, and staff that make you feel as if you are family. Bob didn't just sell me a car yesterday, he sold me sense of peace and security in a having transportation for family care, work, running errands, or any other activity where driving is a necessity. I would recommend Balise, and especially Bob Ciprano for any Toyota purchase and servicing. Working with Baliseyesterday is the least stressful car purchase I've experienced! More

A very bad experience at Balise. No integrity. Please read this if your a person of integrity. Read on if you would look someone in the eyes, shake their hand and give them your word and without question keep your word. On May 1st, 2014 I stopped in to this dealership coming home from work. I was introduced by the receptionist to Sales Consutant Sean Willard and told him I was interested in finding a pre owned Prius V. He told me that didn't have any. Another Sales Consultant who over heard the conversation said they do have one that just came in but did not have the title yet. The car had not been gone through, cleaned or detailed. They told me that weren't supposed to show me the car in this condition but they did. I appreciated this because I was there and I live 30 minutes away. I ended up taking it for a test drive in spite of the car being filthy inside and the rear bumper was smashed in on the left side. I could over look this as it was cosmetic to me. After the test drive I told Sean I was interested but I had to come back with my trade-in which was not the vehicle I had that day. Sean brought the Sales Manager named Shawn Lajeunesse. The manager gave me his sales mantra of how they wanted to earn my business ect ect. He then explained that they needed to get the title to the vehicle which they did not know how long it would take and the car needed to go into the shop to get cleaned and repaired. In conclusion he shook my hand, said I would have first pick at the car and I would be contacted as soon as they had it ready to. He also said that if there was anything he could to help in my experience at Balise to please call him. He then handed me his business card. The next day May 2nd Sales Consultant Sean Willard left me a voice mail and said "Good News" the title of the vehicle just came in. He said he just brought it down to the shop to get it repaired and it probably should be ready about Tuesday or Wednesday which was May 5th or 6th. He said to contact him and it didn't have to be right away, but I could contact him next week to come in with my trade. I emailed Sean the next day saying I received his message and to let me know when the car was ready so I could come down. I patiently waited and did not hear back from Sean until Friday May 9th that the car was ready. His email to me said- I wanted to let you know that the prius V is all cleaned up and ready, when can you come down? My reply was "Ok. When are you in." His reply was "Tomorrow, I'll be here from 8:30-6pm. What time is best for you?" My response was "not sure but probably early and that I would see him tomorrow" as he suggested. He replied "see you then". Keep in mind Sales Manager Shawn Lajeunesse had already shook my hand, looked me in the eyes and said I had first pick on the car. Also remember I have now waited over a week for them to get the car ready and I was told that I had first pick at the car. I also arranged to go in when the sales Consultant Sean Willard told me he was available to help me which was Saturday May 10th. I live a good half hour from this dealership so after rushing around with the kids sports, dropped them all off and went down to the dealership with my trade-in. I went in and asked for Sean and was told he was busy with another client. I waited for a good 15 minutes and finally was pawned off to another Sales Consultant to help me. This wasn't a problem. He then sat me down, pulled me up in his computer and said he would go get the car for me. Another 10 minutes later he finally comes back and says he can't find the keys. Ten minutes after that he comes back to tell me that he couldn't find the keys because they were just writing up the sale for the car to another party. I was furious and said to get Shawn the Sales Manager who promised me that I had first pick at this car. 5 minutes later Shawn appeared and said he was sorry but the car was just sold and I was contacted last night. This was true, I was contacted the night before and asked when I could come in and was told Saturday. I told him directly "So you lied to me." The moral of the story is, do not believe a word these guys tell you about how they want to earn your business and to please let them know if there is anything they can do to help your buying experience. Its empty sales dialogue. I was lied by the manager to which means they will not hesitate to lie to anyone else as long as they can get a sale. I got back in my car and drove 30 minutes home. I also wasted 1/2 my Saturday. As far as I'm concerned the Manager of the Sales Team showed no integrity, made no effort to find me the same vehicle to make good on his lack of integrity which makes it a high probability that anyone who works under him following his leadership also lacks the same integrity. When I give someone a hand shake and my word I keep it. If your this type of person, shop else where. Don't believe their jingle because "You will NOT do better at Balise" yeah yeah yeah More

I must admit that she is a difficult person to deal with in the fact that she is capable of asking a lot of questions. I have been dealing with automobile dealers for 30 years so I am aware of a dealership that is just trying to be friendly during the sales process and a dealership who sincerely is trying to make the sales experience excellent and the ownership over a number of years just as good. this is my 3rd vehicle purchased from the Balise chain and I am very happy with all of them.
